Memory shouldn't be an issue because none of these notebooks have less than 4 GB of RAM. The 6560 ProBooks generate an "insufficient memory" error when attempting to update ME Firmware. and the failures all appear to be different. I've tried reinstalling the AMT/ME software and drivers, thinking that somehow the OS interface to AMT/ME was broken, but that hasn't helped.ĮDIT2. I think two of them are running the "Anniversary Update" version/build 1607 and two are running the "Creators Update" build 1703. All of these laptops are running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. The SP failed on the 6550b but completed successfully on the EliteBook 840 G4. Those two models comprise the majority of our laptop "fleet".ĮDIT1: I've since tried two other models - a ProBook 6550b and an EliteBook 840 G4. The two I've tried so far were for a ProBook 6560b and a ProBook 6570b.
